Use of your personal information 
Here at MiCabi we are committed to providing the best experience for both our chauffeurs and customers. All customer information is held securely and only by MiCabi. Chauffeurs will have access to a customer’s phone number only when a ride is being performed and it is deemed important that contact is made. After a ride has been performed the chauffeur will no longer hold the customer’s phone number.

Control and security of your personal information
At MiCabi we do not collect any information unrelated to booking information. No third party can access this information it is held securely by MiCabi under the Data Protection Act 1998.

We do not share or sell any customer’s information to third parties.

The only time a customer’s information shall be given to a third party is if it is required by law to give such information away.

We may use customer’s emails for our own marketing emails however this is a service that one can opt out of.

Access to your personal information
Account holders have the means to log in via their portal or on their customer app and access and change any information held there, this includes payment methods and the removal or addition of cards. A unique username and password shall be made on the opening of an account. Only share your username and password with those you have authorised to use the MiCabi service.

Any information that needs to be updated on your behalf can be done by contacting MiCabi and shall be updated.

Changes to privacy statement 
MiCabi reserves the right to update and add to the privacy policy. Any changes shall be highlighted and noted on the homepage of the website.
